2. Information Collected

In operating our career matching and recruiter triage tools, we collect:

• Profile & Resume Data: Name, email address, phone number (if included on resume), career history, skills, and target job criteria.
• Dictated or typed texts and uploaded resumes: What you dictate, type or paste, and the resumes you upload for an analysis, are kept, including when you do not create an account: they are used to provide the service (analysis, personas, job search). You can ask for their deletion at any time (see below).
• Usage Information: Job matches saved, application pipeline states, and language settings.
• Billing Information: Subscription tier, order references, and Airwallex customer identifiers.
• Audience measurement: Pages visited and actions on the site, device and browser, referring site, and approximate country and city derived from the IP address. For visitors who are not signed in these figures are anonymous; the IP address is not stored. Location data: DB-IP (CC BY 4.0).

3. Payment Security & PCI-DSS Compliance

No payment card data is ever stored on Jobolic servers.

In-app Android subscriptions are processed directly through Google Play Billing under Google's secure payment infrastructure. Web payments are processed exclusively through certified PCI-DSS Level 1 gateways (Stripe and Airwallex). All communication is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 256-bit cryptography.

4. Your Data Rights & Account Deletion

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and international privacy frameworks, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or permanent deletion of your personal data.

Account & Data Deletion Policy:
You may request the permanent deletion of your Jobolic account, uploaded resume files, profile diagnostics, and match history at any time. To do so:

• Send an email to contact@jobolic.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address.
• All personal identifiers, resumes, generated pitches, and application history will be permanently erased from our databases within 48 business hours.
