Terms of Sale & Subscription Agreement

Section 1 — Scope & Service Provider Identification

These Terms of Sale and Subscription (the "Terms") govern all paid services and software subscriptions offered through the Jobolic digital platform (https://jobolic.com).

Jobolic is published and operated by Uptech LLC, a limited liability company registered under EIN 98-1871189, with its principal office at:
1209 MOUNTAIN ROAD PL NE, STE R, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87110, UNITED STATES.

Section 2 — Services & Subscription Plans

Jobolic provides artificial intelligence-powered software solutions for career matching and recruitment triage:

1. Autonomous Candidate (B2C)

19 € / month

Or 180 € / year (20% discount).

Direct in-app applications, automated Day+7 follow-ups, weekly radar digests, verified VIP badge, and unlimited AI CV audits.

2. Recruiter Pro (B2B)

199 € / month

Or 1,900 € / year excl. VAT.

Unlimited AI job deconstruction, batch CV triage up to 100 CVs, real-time talent alerts (≥85% fit), interview briefing packs.

3. Agency Enterprise (B2B)

399 € / month

Or 3,800 € / year excl. VAT.

Multi-seat team management, ATS pipeline integration, priority SLA, and custom sourcing workflows.

Section 3 — Pricing, Currency & Invoicing

All subscription prices are quoted and charged in Euros (€). For individual consumers (B2C), prices include applicable VAT. For commercial accounts (B2B), prices are stated net of value-added tax.

An electronic tax invoice in PDF format is systematically generated and emailed to the account holder immediately upon transaction completion.

Section 4 — Delivery & Instant Fulfillment Policy

Immediate Digital Provisioning: Because Jobolic is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) digital platform, fulfillment of services occurs immediately upon payment clearance. The user's account tier is instantly upgraded to provide full access to premium tools, AI parsers, and pipeline capabilities without delay.

Section 5 — Payment Methods & PCI-DSS Banking Security

Accepted payment instruments include:

Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
SEPA Direct Debit for European bank accounts.
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay.

🔒 Payment transactions are processed by Airwallex, an authorized payment institution certified PCI-DSS Level 1. Uptech LLC does not capture, store, or process raw payment card numbers.

Section 6 — Term, Auto-Renewal & 1-Click Cancellation

No Commitment: Monthly plans carry no minimum term commitment. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

✓ Instant 1-Click Cancellation:

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time without fees or penalties directly from their user dashboard or by sending an email to contact@jobolic.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing cycle. Full service access remains uninterrupted until that date.

Section 7 — Refund Policy & 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

14-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are unsatisfied with our SaaS services or experienced technical issues, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment by emailing contact@jobolic.com. Approved refunds are credited directly to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
