However, you need to have certain skills like a creative mindset, innovative by nature, good sense of humour, general knowledge and awareness, confidence, positive attitude, interpersonal skills, good command over language, good voice tone, clear pronunciation, spontaneous nature and a strong personality.

Career Avenues as a Radio Jockey:

There are a lot of career opportunities as a Radio Jockey. RJs can get to work with organizations like AIR, Times FM and other independent radio stations. RJs can also work as scriptwriters, producers, anchors, program hosts or program managers. They can also do voice-overs for television and radio advertisements, lend voice to audio magazines or documentaries, or host live events.
